The Mane Kingdom started as an active and dynamic rabbitry, but during one
of our endless shows we happen to run in to Pop and Rootbear, our first pair
of Texels....!!! That was it for Us. Little by little we made the transition from a
Rabbitry into a Caviary.
We always keep comfort as a priority for our animals. So we built a little place
on our back yard and turn it in to their home.

Our Guinea Pigs live in a control enviorement, meaning a total insulated area,
with air conditioning in the summer and heating during the long months of
winter. They are all house on cages desigh for guinea pigs and we provide
pellet bedding to the long hair breeds and wood shavings to skinnies and
short hair breeds.

Our feed of choice is Purina Lab Diet 25/50. We also use a conditioner and
Calf Mana....
our 30 pig herd receives fresh greens every day including lettuce, carrots,
spinach and some fresh fruits. We also provide them with a generous ratio of
grass hay every day.

Vitamin C is added to their daily water.... it is very important for their good
development and good health.
